This book is not a book on programming languages. It is not about algorithms and data structures. You should not expect any details on the newest version of the XYZ programming language or environment. It is about the fundamental elements of programming. One of the biggest mistakes of young people is to ignore the basics, the fundamentals, and jump directly into the real world.
