This volume proposes different perspectives of the impact that the
war in Ukraine has on global politics and security issues. It aims to offer a
thematic coverage of the war’s implications on diverse aspects of global
politics and security, exploring topics such as changes within the European security environment as a result of the war; the proliferation and threats of
nuclear weapons; the problem of prosecution of war crimes; the impact of
the war on other regions of the world (e.g., East Asia and Sub-Saharan
Africa); its impact on neighboring countries such as Romania, which were
in the front line of receiving war refugees; and the problem of
disinformation and the need to protect the integrity of information spaces. |
