The present book approaches a rather niche field, in the direction of establishing the extent to which self-structures are responsible for the emergence of anxiety and depression elements; or if the latter are shapers of the self-concept, respectively the extent to which the therapeutic activities, that included modeling of the self-concept, lead to the reduction of emotional distress.
