| |  | On Wednesday, March 5, Octavian Goga Library hosted the Cluj Editorial Year 2007 ceremony. Cluj University Press had the honor of participating in this ceremony, where the press received the recognition for it support of the publication of Hungarian books. The jury of this editorial event includes: prof.univ. Constantin Cubleşan (president), prof.univ. Ovidiu Pecican (member), prof.univ. Ilie Rad (member), Mihai Dragolea, TV shows producer (member), Adrian Grănescu, librarian (secretary). |

| 05.03.2008 - BOOK AND MEDIA FAIR, XIIIth EDITION, BUCHAREST |

| |  | The XIIIth edition of the Book and Media Fair took place between 5th and 9th March, at the National History Museum, in Bucharest. It was the first event of the agenda established for the European Year of the Intercultural Dialog (2008).The event was organized in partnership with the Interethnic Relations Department of the Romanian Government. More than 100 participants gathered together: publishers, books distributors, cultural foundations and societies, universities and mass media. For its participation Cluj University Press got the Diploma Magna Cum Laudae. |

| |  | The VII-th edition of the Book Fair Gaudeamus took place in Craiova from 27th February to 2nd of March. The participation of the Cluj University Press was successfull, as the event was honored by the valuable Romanian and international publishing houses which brought there a lot of visitors. |
