Cluj University Press publishes titles of Romanian and foreign authors, not exclusively limited to the UBB teaching staff. If the book has a scientific content, the author will present the material with two reports recommending publication, papers signed by teachers or scientific researchers having at least the level of Associate Professor or Researcher II. |

Is done based on the total number of pages in the document formatted as follows:
- Page size: A4 (210x297mm)
- Font: Times New Roman 11
- Spacing: 1.2

Payment is in cash to UBB cashier (I C Bratianu St. no. 14th , between 10 a.m-14.p.m ) or bank transfer ( account RO58TREZ21620F335000XXXX open at Treasury Cluj-Napoca, tax code 4305849, indicating the order of payment "Presa Universitară Clujeană contract no ... / ........... , author name - Title of the paper "). A copy of the payment document will be scanned and sent to the email address: editura @ editura.ubbcluj.ro |

3. Imprimatur |

The manuscript will be submitted only in electronic form. Editing and formatting work is performed exclusively by the publisher.
Processed file will be checked by the author to identify any inconsistencies with the original text.
Graphic composition of the cover will be agreed with our designer.
Accuracy of content and cover will certify acceptance by signing a declaration for imprimatur. |

4. Submission of the final file and posting it on the site |
|

The publisher will be in touch with the author on any problems that may arise in the process of editing and will inform as soon as the title is fully prepared for submission.
The finished form material will be given to the author, electronically engraved.
On the publisher’s website data will be posted referring to the published title and also a 10 pages electronically summary-excerpt (if the author chooses not posting free and full access).

Posting the work on the publisher's website is free, after signing an agreement by which the author agrees with entirely free access at his/her own material. |
