The War in Ukraine and its impact on global politics and security

This volume proposes different perspectives of the impact that the war in Ukraine has on global politics and security issues. It aims to offer a thematic coverage of the war’s implications on diverse aspects of global politics and security, exploring topics such as changes within the European security environment as a result of the war; the proliferation and threats of nuclear weapons; the problem of prosecution of war crimes; the impact of the war on other regions of the world (e.g., East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa); its impact on neighboring countries such as Romania, which were in the front line of receiving war refugees; and the problem of disinformation and the need to protect the integrity of information spaces.
